Payments: Fees must be paid in full prior to beginning any service (this includes co-pays and outstanding balances). It is the clients responsibility to ensure coverage before beginning services. We will happily file in-network claims on your behalf.

No Show/Late Cancellation Policy: Your time as well as our time is valuable to us. When you call to schedule an appointment our trained and qualified clinicians set aside a time specifically for you. Therefore, we kindly ask that you call to cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance. While we understand emergencies may arise and these will be handled on a case by case basis, we ask that you contact us to cancel. Appointments not cancelled within the 24 hour cancellation time are subject to the No Show/Late Cancellation fee. It should be noted that insurance does not cover the cost of the no show/late cancellation fee.

We ask that a card be placed on file: Therapy is something that should not be taken lightly, therefore we do ask for a credit card on file to secure your initial appointment regardless of insurance and EAP coverage. This card WILL NOT be charged unless you fail to show for your initial appointment in accordance to our no show/late cancellation policy.

Notice regarding children and visitors: Your safety is our concern. Our goal is the utmost safety of you and your family, therefore we has a strict no children policy unless they are being seen for services at the time of the appointment. We want you to be focused on your care and treatment while you are with Seeking Peace clinicians

If you have any questions regarding any of these policies, please call and make an appointment to speak with our clinicians.
